Pacific County Courthouse Elopement: C + T’s Washington Wedding Photo Gallery
Looking for inspiration for your own Pacific County Courthouse elopement? Carley and Tevita’s heartfelt wedding day was filled with meaningful details, intimate moments, and beautiful locations. All in all, the day was a perfect example of how courthouse weddings can be deeply personal and incredibly romantic. This sweet couple truly made their wedding day their own. And I felt honored to capture every special moment!
An Intimate Washington Courthouse Wedding Ceremony
Carley and Tevita chose the historic Pacific County Courthouse for their marriage ceremony. It couldn’t have been a more beautiful location to tie the knot. The courthouse, located in South Bend, Washington, is full of stunning architecture, with warm light filtering through stained-glass windows and intricate details throughout the building.
Their marriage ceremony was simple, heartfelt, and deeply meaningful. Surrounded by the courthouse’s timeless charm, Carley and Tevita signed their marriage certificate before sharing their vows, officially became husband and wife! Additionally, the courthouse staff was incredibly kind, allowing us to take photos throughout the building. From the grand spiral staircases to the sunlit hallways, the building provided endless photo opportunities.
Pacific County Courthouse Elopement Portraits
After the ceremony, we took time to capture portraits of the newlyweds in and around the courthouse. The stunning staircases made for a dramatic backdrop, while the stained-glass windows added warmth and character to every shot. Carley looked radiant in a reimagined version of her mom’s wedding dress. I particularly love how she shortened it to match her style and paired it with family heirloom pearls. Altogether, her look embodied timeless elegance.
Tevita’s thoughtful details also stood out during the portrait session. His watch, with a handmade band, carried sentimental value, and his necklace was another meaningful piece. Every element of their wedding day reflected their personal stories and connections. All in all, this made the final photos even more special.
Outside the courthouse, we captured romantic shots with the courthouse facade and nearby gardens as a backdrop. Every glance, laugh, and quiet moment between Carley and Tevita showed the pure joy they felt being together on this unforgettable day.
South Bend Water Garden Bridal Photography
The South Bend Water Garden & Pond is located in the parking lot of the Pacific Courthouse. So, after the ceremony, we headed there for more portraits. The natural beauty of the area provided the perfect setting for soft, romantic photos. With a rustic bridge and draping tree branches, the whole area felt wonderfully enchanted.
Carley and Tevita took time to soak in the peaceful surroundings. They wandered hand-in-hand along the pathways, then stopped to share a quiet moment beneath the trees. The light filtering through the branches created a dreamy atmosphere, perfect for capturing timeless bridal portraits. It was a beautiful location that added even more magic to their elopement day.
C + T's Relaxed Coffeeshop Reception
One of the most unique and personal parts of Carley and Tevita’s day was their stop at Elixir Coffee for a relaxed, impromptu celebration. Coffee is a big part of their lives, so it made perfect sense to include it in their wedding day story. So, after their Pacific County Courthouse elopement, the couple decided they'd love to continue the celebration at the nearby coffeehouse.
Inside the coffee shop, we captured photos of the couple enjoying their drinks while sitting by a large window overlooking the river. The soft, natural light and warm, earthy tones of the coffee shop made for stunning images that felt authentic to Carley and Tevita’s personalities. We even stepped outside onto the deck for more portraits, capturing the couple embracing their newlywed bliss.
The coffee shop stop added a unique and meaningful element to their day, showing how even small moments can make your wedding day truly unforgettable.
