Born and raised in Washington state, I have been doing photography since 2014. I’m type A in that I’m super organized, have strong attention to detail, love planning, etc but I’m also a really laid back person which is perfect for wedding days. I’ll be your rock!
I started my photography business after reconnecting with the art form in 2019. It grew into a desire to create meaningful, artful imagery that connects emotion with aesthetic. What began as an interest in a hobby quickly turned into a passion for helping others document their lives and see their stories and brands through a refined and elevated lens. I wanted to build something that not only captures human connection and intention, but also empowers people to feel confident and inspired by the way their story is told.
My Story
I never really saw myself as the creative type and didn’t consider myself a creative person until later on in my photography career. Nowadays I find myself overflowing with a need to create all the time. One thing I truly love about this business is the other creatives and vendors I get to connect with and learn from!
Photography has taught me a lot about myself. A few of those things are that I love entrepreneurship and it’s helped me understand that I am a people person and am energized by connecting with new people. I love when my two passions intersect: travel & photography. These two things truly light my soul on fire. I like to play with different light forms, especially flash photography. I respond to initial inquiries within 24 hours because I know you're juggling a lot. I keep the process streamlined with one thoughtful questionnaire that gathers what I need without overwhelming you. You'll never feel like hiring a photographer has to be a long drawn out process.
On your wedding day or during your session, I bring a calm, confident presence. I guide you through natural prompts that help you feel comfortable, not posed. We’ll also have a few laughs. I anticipate moments before they happen and handle the unexpected with ease, so you can be fully present.
After we've captured your story, you won't be left wondering when you'll see your images. Regular sessions are delivered in 1-2 weeks. Weddings in 4-6 weeks. I don't overbook, which means I can focus on creating work I'm proud of and deliver it with love after each image has been thoughtfully processed. You shouldn’t have to wait months to receive your gallery.
